OMNIA encourages all our US based partners to sign on to a letter to Her Excellency Linda Greenfield, the US Ambassador to the United Nations. The letter is on behalf of a group of Pacific Island nations. We also encourage you to encourage your religious leaders to sign on, or send a separate letter. The resolution requires the United Nations to seek an Advisory Opinion from the International Court of Justice on the numerous crises of climate justice that the Pacific Island nations are facing.  
OMNIA also encourage all our international partners to prepare a similar letter and send to your nation's UN Ambassador.
The vote at the United Nations' General Assembly is expected on February 6, 2023. Therefore action on this is necessary before the end of January.
