Many women in Buliisa are unemployed. The Women's IP Team led by Ms. Jonita, an expert seamstress, started a sewing shop with one sewing machine. The ladies take turns to use the machine to sew garments for their families or for sale. They are looking to expand, so that the women can be trained and have a source of income.
