Accompaniment Circle -- Uganda

Uganda today has 43 Interfaith Peacemaker Teams in Buliisa and Nwoya districts. The most critical question they are dealing with is food insecurity. The IP Teams are working hard to address this question with innovative methods of food cultivation. In addition, a oil pipeline running from Northern Uganda to Tanzania has caused massive displacement and environmental harm, and there's an influx of refugees from the fighting in Sudan. At the Accompaniment Circle our IP Team leaders will share with us their perspective on these and how they are working to address some of these issues.
