Liberian IP Teams are creating a rice farm in a wet-land area so that the IP Teams in the area can work on it, and then use the produce for their food, and perhaps for sale. This is a significant step for the IP Teams in Liberia, which, so far has seen several strong victories, including reducing election violence.
