The Problem
Authoritarianism, extremism and greed impoverish communities, degrade our environment, and fuel violence. We are disconnected from each other and overwhelmed by the magnitude of oppression. We do not have the power to respond alone.
The People
Our primary constituency is religious leaders and people of faith in marginalized communities around the world. They are eager to change the status quo. We intentionally build relationships and form teams across religious, ethnic, class and gender divides.
The Solution
Building power is a prerequisite for advancing a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world.
OMNIA trains people to organize people and organize money—two critical ingredients of building power. As a result, people develop the agency to strategically act for themselves and their communities.
Through consistent, incremental wins, communities strengthen their collective power, expand their capacity to take on larger challenges, and shift public perception toward affirming pluralism. It also results in building social cohesion and strengthening democracy.
OMNIA’s Method

We train leaders to build power by:
Clarifying self-interest rooted in values and vision
Building 1:1 relationships to understand real concerns
Analyzing power and identifying winnable issues
Developing skills in fundraising, mentorship, and team formation

Interfaith Peacemaker (IP) Teams (~20 leaders) collaborate across differences and take action on issues that arise from the ground
550+ IP Teams operate in rural communities and marginalized neighborhoods across 12 countries in Africa, Asia, and the USA
IP Teams are built to scale and organically multiply as teams grow.

OMNIA does not impose any agenda on local IP Teams, but encourages them to act autonomously. This allows for the creativity and experimentation necessary for radical change
Interfaith Peacemaker (IP) Teams
On the Ground
Sri Lanka IP Teams developed a home agriculture initiative to reduce food insecurity in rural areas during the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic collapse of 2022.
Nigera’s Gombe State—once one of the most dangerous places in the world due to Boko Haram insurgency—is now Nigeria’s 2nd safest state and the state with zero kidnappings. The Governor credited the IP Teams for this shift.
Bangladeshi IP Teams reduced gender-based violence and trafficking, and stopped forced child marriages in many communities with teams of teenagers and lawyers collaborating to get results.
Liberian IP Teams did an action on an iron-ore mining company that had unethical business practices, forcing the government to sack the corrupt management and install a new management.
